Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or to avoid a rebooking fee. (Not applicable to Employer Consultations) Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice must be submitted by email to booking@greystoneimmigration.com. Please note that refunds for late cancellations are not guaranteed and will be issued at our discretion, as document review and client assessment work is completed in preparation for consultations.
